Анотація

Розглянуті питання підвищення ефективності системи управління телекомунікаційними мережами. Для мереж з динамічною зміною потоків обґрунтовується та пропонується спосіб керування мережею на основі системи мобільних інтелектуальних агентів. Керування трафіком здійснюється на основі принципів економічно-математичної моделі управління складними об’єктами
